Sacramento Regional

During the Sacramento Regional The Phantom Catz participated in the elimination bracket matches of the competition and in 7th place as an alliance captain and were the Imagery Award in honor of Jack Kamen winners for our fantastic limelight design as well as cohesive team branding and positive attitude.

Orange County Regional

During the Orange County Regional The Phantom Catz reached semifinals in the elimination bracket and were the FIRST Impact Award winners, which qualified us for the 2023 World Championship!

Open House

​During the Palos Verdes Peninsula High School Open House the Phantom Catz opened the room to parents and incoming high school students to learn more about our team, FRC, and what Peninsula stands for.

The Phantom Catz, whilst not being able to take the win in the 2-day-long-off-season competition, ​ managed to qualify in the playoffs and and bring the spirt of Peninsula into the competition and expand our knowledge to get to Huston in the upcoming season.

2022-2023 Orientation

Early in 2022, The Phantom Catz held a public orientation open to all Peninsula High School students, from different backgrounds, grades, ages, and abilities. With these new recruits, through new recruitment Phantom Catz look forward to expanding our school-wide relationships and improve upon the culture and environment of the school as a whole. 

Los Angeles Regional

​In the LA regional competition, The Phantom Catz won the Engineering Inspiration Award, qualifying for Houston World Championship 2022. Our team also captained the Third Alliance and made it to the semifinals.

Houston World Championship 2022

Picture
Our team was able to make it to the FRC World Championship in Houston, Texas in 2022. We placed 43rd in our division and all of our members who went gained a once-in-a-lifetime experience and learned lots from the other teams there.
